Choose your Photos
In order to create a beautiful portrait, I need
great photo/s. Preferably large, SHARP/CLEAR photos and shot outdoors. (If you are unsure on which photos to choose I am more than happy to discuss this with you).
Make a Payment
Once a photo is chosen a 50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking your portrait either through PayPal or Bank transfer. (Full payments are also an option if required).

Photo Requirements
I work from your favourite photo/s of your beloved pet. For portraits larger than 9 x 12in where the option of adding an additional subject is possible, multiple photos can be used to place a number of pets together in one portrait.
Photos must be sent via Email (CharlotteMPortraits@gmail.com) in order to retain the highest quality of the image.
Please provide CLEAR, QUALITY digital photos. Larger photos help to provide me with the detail needed to create a realistic lifelike portrait. Your satisfaction with your portrait is most important!

- Photo taken outdoors allowing lots of light onto the subject.
- A high megapixel image enabling lots of detail to be seen.
- Subject is in motion which has reduced the overall quality of the image.
- A low megapixel image reduces the details in the image.
Portraits sent within the United Kingdom are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed for next day delivery), with International Portraits sent using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service. You will be provided with a tracking number allowing you to track where your portrait is on its journey until it arrives with you.
Shipping & Postage Information
Shipping costs start from £12.00, accurate costs will be calculated once the size of the portrait and shipping destination is confirmed.
Payment Methods
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your portrait, with the remainder paid on completion of your portrait.
PayPal is the most popular (and easiest) payment option however bank transfer is an option too! Upon receipt of payment I will contact you letting you know when completion of your portrait is expected.
(Please note, I currently have a two month approximate wait on portraits, please get in touch as soon as possible if you require your portrait for a special occasion to avoid disappointment).
Shipping will commence immediately on completion.
